When I started Jen Raby Fitness LLC, it was with a vision to help people break out of the cycle of fad trends, extreme workout programs, and deprivation. As a trainer in a big box gym, I witnessed people come in and out, day after day, either doing the same thing - or trying too many different things - and never achieving results. I knew there was a better way to train, so founded my independent training business to better meet my clients at their level in a judgement-free environment that would make them feel motivated and inspired.
I believe in a comprehensive approach to fitness that addresses strengths and weaknesses through constantly varied exercise routines that target every muscle group. Fitness is not only about looking a specific way or being a certain weight; it's about improving all aspects of health:

Practice safe progression of intensity and weight.

Make you sacrifice safety for the sake of one more rep.
