When I started Jen Raby Fitness LLC, it was with a vision to help people break out of the cycle of fad trends, extreme workout programs, and deprivation. As a trainer in a big box gym, I witnessed people come in and out, day after day, either doing the same thing - or trying too many different things - and never achieving results. I knew there was a better way to train, so I founded my independent training business to better meet my clients where they are in a judgement-free environment where they could feel motivated and inspired.
Fitness is more than being a certain size or weight, it's about improving all aspects of health:

3. Flexibility / Functional Range of Motion
4. Strength & Power
5. Increasing Stamina / Improving Recovery
When you train with me, you will be taken through proper form and execution as well as safe weight progression. We will pinpoint and tackle the challenges and take the guesswork out of getting fit.
Leave your worries and doubt outside the door. I will never belittle or demean your effort, or sacrifice safety for the sake of one more repetition. You can trust that here, I will not only help you reach your goals, but do so in a way that makes you excited to come back to the gym time and time again!
