Single Sessions:
Best for the busy jet-setter who is looking for a great workout when away from home, or individuals brand new to training who want a few single sessions to determine if personal training is right for them. Each session is 50 minutes and will include proper warm up and cool down.
Training Package:
Packages are ten 50-minute sessions, and best for clients who are ready to make a seasonal or long-term commitment. We will work on an individualized progression of fitness skills and exercises to suite your needs and goals. Like learning any skill, the body learns and changes best with repetition, so I recommend a minimum of four sessions a month, and require sessions be used within 90 days of purchase.
Virtual Training:
Can't make it out of the house, or work is taking you away from home? Any purchased session can be made into a virtual session, where we will meet over FaceTime, Skype or Zoom. During your assessment we will go over what fitness tools you have that we can implement in your routine. Virtual training also gives you the option to split a session into two 25-minute sessions, which is perfect for people with demanding schedules or trying to maintain a healthy work/life/fitness balance while working from home.
Mobile Training:
If your current fitness setup includes everything but the trainer, or if you are a minimalist who wants to work out in a park or your back yard, I will come to you to make the most of what you have and teach you simple routines you can replicate on your own. These can be used as part of a 10-session package. A small travel fee may be assessed based on time of day or location.
