When I started Jen Raby Fitness LLC, it was with a vision to help people break out of the cycle of fad trends, extreme workout programs, and deprivation. As a trainer in a big box gym, I witnessed people come in and out, day after day, either doing the same thing - or trying too many different things - and never achieving results. I knew there was a better way to train, so I founded my independent training business to better meet my clients where they are in a judgement-free environment that would make them feel motivated and inspired.
I believe in a comprehensive approach to fitness that addresses strengths and weaknesses through constantly varied exercise routines that target every muscle group. Fitness is more than being a certain size or weight, it's about improving all aspects of health:
1. Form and Technique
3. Flexibility / Functional Range of Motion
4. Strength & Power
5. Increasing Stamina / Improving Recovery
What I do:
Practice safe progression of intensity and weight.
Take the guesswork out of getting fit.
Help you pinpoint your challenges so that you can defeat them once and for all!
What I will NEVER do:
Belittle or demean your effort.
Make you sacrifice safety for the sake of one more rep.
Allow you to doubt yourself.
