Why you should follow me (even if you're not a client):
1. I am a human being who require calories. So are you. When you follow me post your meals and tag me so I can make sure you're getting everything you need to fuel your journey.
2. I do not believe in deprivation. I'd rather sweat than diet. If you're tired of yo-yo diets and a severely restricted lifestyle, you can see what I do to earn that beer at the end of the day.
3. Great exercises that you may love or hate, but will definitely benefit from if you're trying to amp up your routine!
